Estate Property Repair (EPR) is an independently owned and operated company with its own licensing, insurance, and direct client invoicing. They handle the full range of property repairs and maintenance — general handyman, EPA 608 certified HVAC (licensed TN, AL & MS), STR between-guest repairs, dock & exterior work, pre-listing prep, and storm response.
EPR is not a Sentinel division — they carry their own insurance and licensing and invoice clients directly. Two accountable, independent professionals working in coordination on your clients' behalf.
